DELIVERY
What are the shipping costs?
We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium for free above €95,00. Otherwise it is with DHL Parcel €6.95. For other countries check the shipping costs at the checkout.
Will I receive a track and trace?
You will receive a track & trace from DHL Parcel by mail, you will receive these at the time of shipment. The recipient must be present in person for delivery. A signature is required for each delivery.
My order is damaged, what now?
Is your order damaged? Please contact us by mail within two business days. Send clear photos, mention the type of damage and possibly send multiple photos, including of the packaging. When the damage has been assessed you will hear from us and together we will find an appropriate solution. Mail to: studiobam.nl@gmail.com
RETURNING
How much are the return costs?
Returns are at your own expense and responsibility. Always make sure the RETURN FORM is printed and included in the package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
Can my order be changed or cancelled?
Order cancellation can be done up to 24 hours after the order is made. Changing the order to add or remove something is unfortunately not possible.
When will I receive my refund back?
All items of the shop: Within 2-4 workings days you can expect the refund to the account used to pay for the order. Please note that returns are possible up to 14 days after receipt.

What is the vision of Studio BAM?
Studio BAM is a full service interior design and art studio by Tess Colijn based in the Netherlands. It is important to find a good balance between a functional and a beautiful space. Nothing is more important than being in an environment where you feel good. The name BAM comes from my grandfather, my biggest inspiration. Studio BAM focuses on interior visualization, realization and styling. We also offer a unique handmade jewelry line, these reflect the studio's style and can contribute to the creative designs we create. Everyone deserves a place that inspires!

Are there shops where I can buy the products physically?
At this time, we don't have any physical stores, but when we do, we'll keep you informed if you sign up for our newsletter or check the STORE LOCATOR. Do you know a (physically shop) business where our product would fit in nicely? We will be happy to hear from you!
