Terms Studio BAM 2024.
Delivery time
Objects & cushions: Expected delivery time 2-4 working days.
Artworks and lightning: Expected delivery time 1-2 weeks.
Jewelry: Expected delivery time 2-4 working days.
*A personalised piece of jewellery can take up to a maximum delivery time of 10 working days.
Returning
Objects & cushions: If for any reason you are not happy with your interior object, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
(Please note! Sale items cannot be returned and return costs are your own expense).
Artworks & lightning: All artworks and lightning of Studio BAM are handmade. These are made, packed and shipped especially for you. As a result, an order cannot be returned. It's ofcourse possible to have a view on the items at the Studio BAM office. Make an appointment by emailing: studiobam.nl@gmail.com
Jewelry: All jewelry is handmade in the studio. Of course, it is possible to come see and try on the jewelry at the Studio BAM office. Make an appointment by emailing, calling or sending a message on Instagram.
RETURN FORM
Refund policy
All items of the shop: Within 2-4 workings days you can expect the refund to the account used to pay for the order.
